How We Help

Heart for ENC is a resource center for nonprofits that provide resources and tools to help equip nonprofit leaders as they serve the community.

Training, development, and coaching for nonprofit leaders and their teams.

Heart for ENC facilitates a variety of group training sessions throughout the year.

These are focused on 3 Core Competencies that are critical to the success of any organization: Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Resource Sustainability. We offer large group workshops, small group intensives, and one-on-one coaching to help meet the needs of organizations.

Supporting innovative solutions addressing gaps in community services.

As innovative solutions to existing community challenges are identified, Heart for ENC works to connect local nonprofit teams with the faith community and other civic, government, or business partners to creatively and collaboratively meet those needs. We believe one of our key roles is to more effectively connect the Needs of the Community with the Resources that are available.
